Question by girlie: Gran’s old wedding photos – new album?
My gran had a wedding album made in 1955 when she got married and although the photographs are beautiful the album is in really bad condition. Does anyone know of a company/website etc that does this kind of thing. She is poorly and really wants to get this done so that my mum has something really nice for the future.

Any help would be fantastic! Thanks =)
We can’t do it ourselves because they photos are mounted onto card and set in the book (ie the card is the page) and we can’t separate them =(

I don’t know any companies I’m afraid but it would be a really lovely thing for your mum if you and your gran dud it together. You could get a beautiful photo album and you and your gran could transfer the pictures. Another idea is if you got a plain white album and decorated it. You are your gran could create a nice collage or even a sweet drawing for the front or even some calligraphy writing.
If you create your own then you could knave some so space for your gran to tell you some stories or memories and you could write them down close to the picture. Then at the end of the album a lovely picture of you and your gran with the album just for the last page.

I am looking to become a wedding photographer. But the albums I have found so far have not been stunning at all.
I am in UK (Farnborough), willing to buy on the web, would prefer a UK site though. Would prefer local, so I can see it first.
Any ideas anyone?

will i was gonna give you an idea, Do you have MYER in the UK, if yes, then i think MYER has the most classic albums, i just love them, if no then sorry no idea, i havent been to the UK.
