I do know how but i cant seem to put it into words. I need to research all the basics of using a digital camera, framing, zoom, editing, downloading.

Get a book or look online for a step by step guide. The manual will also cover basic downloading and possibly editing. Its a huge subject that you cant really answer on here. I suggest a trip to your local library or amazon for a book! You could also see if there are any courses available near you.

The hard stuff comes when using software on a computer to edit it.
Talk to someone at Best Buy.
01. For editing and downloading it must be connected to a PC.

Many digital cameras are available today that plug into your PC. I have a camcorder that does video and still photo. I just press a button on unit. Hands on demonstrations in a store like Best Buy are a great way to get what you need.
I can understand the name Bling. ,what a question you have not mentioned what camera…. or any info look on the net for your camera and download the instructions. and don’t forget what mega pixel it is.
it doe’s not matter ~make ~pixels 1 or a 1,000~forget the rules.
as basically you can delete all pictures ~EXPERIMENT.
try ~if you want to take pictures and the sun is shining on your lens ~use your hand held above the lens like a shade.if you put your hand very close you can get a “flesh” tone on the picture.
if your camera as a “flower icon”(macro ) try using it for portraits.
try at night with house lights out take pictures off of tv/PCmonitor screens(turn flash off)
cut an hole 6×4 in units hold it out and take a picture through it .it’s all ready framed when you print it.
get out there and EXPERIMENT .
